Just wanted to send you a note telling you how pleased we were with the recent maintenance work that Juan did at our home. Because we noticed the leak on the weekend Juan came over right away and determined what the problem was. He then took quick action to prevent any further damage by putting a bucket up in the ceiling to catch the water which was coming from the leaking fire sprinkler line in the ceiling. He informed us that the rest of the work would be completed on Monday.On Monday, just like he said, he was back and the company that needed to fix the leak was there. Juan then had the sheetrock guy come in to repair the sheetrock and the next day Juan came back and painted and he had the cleaning lady come in and clean up the mess.Juan is a great asset to your maintenance team. He is very courteous and seems to take pride in doing a good job!
