Good: Professionalism, prompt attention to our needs, cost was reasonable and office staff was great.. Bad: There wasn't anything negative about my experience with Craig or Advanced Mold Diagnostics.. Improvements: I cannot ask them to improve anything since they came out on a Saturday at the last minute to help us. They were able to even turn our report around to us in 2 days so that we could make a decision about whether to purchase the home or not. They saved us thousands of dollars in repairs we would have to make if we purchased this home. I called them the following week when we found the home we eventually purchased. Craig even gave us a discount on this inspection. How can you ask them to improve?. Other: I find the other reviews about this company very interesting. One of the reviews is from 4 years ago - I mean are you kidding? I found Craig Camel and Advanced Mold Diagnostics helpful, informative and extremely professional. This company is rated very highly in my book!.
