I followed my stylist, Elsa Rivera, from Urban Retreat to Jose Eber to Bella Rinova. Elsa is awesome. She's brilliant with both color and cuts. Unlike many stylists, she listens to you and gives you the look you want. Elsa is always in a good mood and happy to see you. Not a temperamental stylist and I appreciate that! If you are looking for something different, she has excellent suggestions about updating your style and changing your hair while staying within your comfort zone. I've been going to Elsa for over ten years. When it comes to my hair, I'm very particular, but I'm always happy with what Elsa does. Elsa is talented with color, cuts, styling and other techniques, such as straightening and extensions, which I haven't tried. Bella Rinova is a little small salon with a personal touch and friendly atmosphere that's not pretentious, despite the Uptown Park address. After a visit or two, everybody knows your name.
