Their service department does not recognize the coupons that are on their website. THey advertise 29 minute oil change or free yet when the oil change takes over an hour they say they will not give the oil change for free because I used synthetic oil. Synthetic oil has nothing to do with the time it takes to change oil!!!. They when I question the logic of the synthetic oil the story changes to "we no longer advertise or promote that special". Dont buy or service at Don McGill! There are many other dealerships that will work with you and are happy to have and keep you as a customer.
