Review content:
I tried at length to contact Ken Smith (the owner) on an issue on how his salesman lied to me to just make a quick sale. I was told by Sherrie Quick (customer service department) and the front desk receptionist "Ken does not get involved in matters such as this". I sent Sherrie all the documentation showing the deception by their employee....I called numerous times but 5 days later they told me basically "forget it, the deal is done". This is the 2nd $60K vehicle I have bought from them in three years, I buy a new vehicle every three years and they have lost out on myself and 20 plus family members that have bought from them in the past. This is past a money issue for me, it is an issue of right and wrong. For all of those interested I have started a site davesmithmotorssucks.com, my web developer is working on it right now....it should launch by the 10/15/2010. I have already agreed to have my current ad agency do a buy locally in Spokane and Northern Idaho to promote the site. I simply wanted the dealership to give me an even swap for the vehicle I was supposed to receive. I have over 20 complaints on purchases gathered for the site as well as several service complaints, would love to hear any other issues. I also plan to forward the site content and my experience to GM, they should not be a 5 Star Dealership. Remember on average for every one complaint there are 26 others that remain silent about their issue.
