I have visited Portofino Cafe several times. The coffee is always very good. Personally I am a big fan of their lattes. Their chocolate caramel pyramids are excellent when they are fresh. I have been to Portofino Cafe and ordered the pyramid on other occasions and it was not nearly as good later in the evening. It had a funny taste to it. I guess it is to be expected after sitting in a display case all day. The service has always been excellent and the location in downtown cannot be beat.
