They charged $1060.97 to replace a garbage disposal with one that can be purchased for $110 for Amazon.com. Forced her to pay $99.50 for "Lifetime Preferred Customer Membership" or they "couldn't do any work." Actually had the nerve to put in writing that she saved $220.16. These people seem to prefer to squeeze as much as possible from vulnerable elderly than to just do a good job for a fair price. After I complained to them and talked to them several times, they agreed to refund about $300, then decided not to because I had posted an unfavorable review. The owner apparently said "what's the point in refunding money since there is a bad review posted." Well Linda Houser, President of Pat's Plumbing, now there's another post. By the way who's Pat? I can see why you wouldn't want your own name on this business.
