Review content:
I called Court St Security Services & Key to change the locks and add deadbolts on my duplex. They were prompt, professional and very pleasant. There was a minor issue with the door plates which required the locksmith to re-schedule to finish the job. (Because the home is older, the standard knobs ("roses") were too big and wouldn't fit the door plates. As a result, he had to order smaller roses). The thing I really appreciated was that the locksmith let me know exactly what he was doing every step of the way and what my options were and the charges associated with them. When he came back to finish the job, he was even early - and gave me a discount to boot! Court St Security Services & Key did a fantastic job.
