Review content:
I bought a used 2007 Chrysler Crossfire and 5 (FIVE) days later it wouln't start. Not a battery issue. Its either the ignition switch or alarm system override. Phoned the dealership fully expecting them to send out a tow truck. I was told that as I had (THANKFULLY) purchased the extended warranty that I needed to phone the 800# and have it towed to the nearest dealership (ie: NOT Bonham Chrysler).
Complaining to the Sales & Service Managers did absolutely no good. I asked to speak with the President (who also owns Texoma Hyundai, Greenville Buick GMC & Greenville Chrysler). I was told that the President doesn't speak with customers.
All I wanted Bonham Chrysler to do was tow the vehicle to their dealership and make the necessary repairs - under the additional warranty that I had purchased - from them! Purchased from them, count the days - 5 - FIVE days earlier.
Bonham Chrysler obviously does not believe in service after the sale, nor do they believe in developing an ongoing relationship with their customers. Because I can assure you: I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM BONHAM CHRYSLER OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS.
