Good: Not much on THIS visit.. Bad: An indignant attitude toward the customer,by I assume, the acting management.. Improvements: I would suggest a customer awareness program for employees in need of such training. 'Possibly call it Customer Service and Customer Appreciation #101.. Other: 9/8/10- I stopped in several minutes before closing to receive an indignant look for I assume, having the nerve to walk in so close to closing. It was then announced over the PA that the store was closed. Then the same lady walked back to the doughnut case to inform me that the store was closed. I looked at my watch and asked what time they closed. The response was, "We're closed." Then it was announced over the PA again that the store was closed. I got eight doughnuts and was checked out at 9:52p.m..
