I service my current Mercedes at RBM North and continue to use that location while I live in Buckhead specifically because of Duane Udo, service advisor at RBM North. I have a Mercedes dealership in walking distance from my home and make the drive to RBM North which says a lot. Duane provides impeccable service, cares about my car, provides me details on what we are fixing and why and is always readily accessible. RBM North is a wonderful dealership - clean, easy to get to and caters to customers and their needs.
