The entire staff at RBM North represent an incredible testimony to the quality and service expected from the Mercedes Benz brand(s). We have owned at least 7 Mercedes cars, including the 3 we currently drive that were purchased from RBM North. Randy Powell, the GM, has assembled a team of managers and staff that are totally focused on delighting their customers and assuring their customers are completely satisfied with their experience, buying, selling or servicing their car. I would like to thank each individually, but know I would miss at least one, so I will only mention Randy for the sales, financing, and service team he oversees and the leadership he demonstrates. They have transformed what used to be a dreadful experience buying and servicing my cars to a delightful experience where I enjoy doing business with "friends" I trust! If you ever questioned the value of buying from or having your car serviced by a dealer, give Randy and his team a chance. You won't be disappointed. more

Wonderful experience! 10/11/2011

My car had 2 lights come on, one for low coolant and one for rear tail lights out. I called to make an appt and they told me I could drive it into the service lane anytime and they would check it for me. The service dept opened at 7:30am so I arrived around 7:15am hoping to be the first in line. To my surprise, someone immediately came out and greeted me. I told him I realized they weren't open yet and explained what I was there for. They began working on my vehicle before they even opened! My car was fixed and back on the road in about 15 minutes! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and seemed happy to help. Good customer service may be hard to find, but not at RBM North. They have mastered the art. THANK YOU! more

Satisfied customer 9/24/2011

I do not typically write a review of places I have worked with but in this case I am making an exception. I have had my car serviced several times at RMB of Atlanta North. It is a Mercedes dealer and while I have an older Mercedes I had bought used, I was reluctant to have the service done at the dealer since I was under the impression that the staff might look at my car with less respect since it is older and bought used, and that the cost for service would be exorbitant. I have been happily mistaken on both counts. The people in the service department are delightful and so accommodating. They first time I took in the car, it was for a minor recall issue. The cost to me was zero and they did the work quickly, accommodating my schedule easily, little waiting for assistance and even washed the car when they were done. After that experience I decided to try out their regular service. Again, the people were so nice and everything was done quickly and efficiently. While any car service has gotten expensive, I was pleased that it was not in any way unreasonable and was so easy to have things done and done well that I could not have asked for more. I was even provided a complimentary vehicle to drive while my car was in overnight for service. Given the experience I have had I have been back and will continue to use this company for my car servicing and repair. Much thanks is deserved by Steve Byrd, my service advisor, and all the other people involved in the care of my car. Susan Stainback more

A warning light came on in my Mercedes SL 500 that instructed me to take the car to a workshop. I live 2 hours away from the Mercedes Dealership, but had a doctors appointment in Gainesville that day. I called and asked if they could check my ride. I did not have an appointment and they happily agreed to check my car after my doctors appointment. It was 96 degrees when I arrived at the dealership and I was tired from the long drive and I anticipated a long wait without an appointment. I was immediately met by a valet who took care of my care for me and asked my name. Immediately Steve, the service assistant came out to meet me and took me inside where it was cool and offered me something cool to drink. Steve told me that there was fluid leaking from my car so it woild take time to do the service assessment. He quickly arranged for a curtesy car and I was on my way home. Before I reached home, I was called with detailed information regarding the problems with my car. The car was repaired and when I returned 3 days later to pick up the car I received the same exceptional service. Although RBM is a 2 hour drive for me to obtain service, I will have my vehichle serviced no where else!! Thank you RBM and Steve for exceeding my expectations! more

My husband travels extensively and, as in many households, he takes care of the cars. So I was somewhat anxious when I had to take my C-Class in for an unexpected service when my husband was traveling. But my husband had arranged everything with Duane Udo. Duane met me as I pulled in and took care of everything. Duane is so nice and so easygoing – he put me at ease and my experience was wonderful. Thank you!! more

My experience with Duane Udo and RBM North has been nothing short of First-Class. You often hear about luxury car dealerships (and service departments especially) being pretentious and charging outrageous prices for the smallest of parts/services; this is not the case here. RBM North has taken great care of me on several occasions and provided fair options whenever somethign unexpected has come up. If I could rate them 6 stars, I certainly would! more

I service my current Mercedes at RBM North and continue to use that location while I live in Buckhead specifically because of Duane Udo, service advisor at RBM North. I have a Mercedes dealership in walking distance from my home and make the drive to RBM North which says a lot. Duane provides impeccable service, cares about my car, provides me details on what we are fixing and why and is always readily accessible. RBM North is a wonderful dealership - clean, easy to get to and caters to customers and their needs. more

I used to go to "independent" Mercedes shops for service on the three Mercedes I currently own because I thought it was a better value. Was I wrong! RBM's service is top notch and fairly priced. Service Advisor Duane Udo is the reason I go to RBM North. Duane is knowledgeable and friendly to the point of bending over backwards to be as helpful as possible.
