I recently moved to Texas and, after a REALLY bad and unprofessional experience at another salon, I was in search of somewhere new to get my hair done. I stumbled upon Urban Image driving home one day and thought I would give it a whirl. I am SO glad I did. Jacob was amazing! His professionalism and knowledge about hair was immediately evident, and his charismatic personality made me feel as if I had been his client for years. He asked a lot of questions about my hair and styling habits, showing that he is truly interested in providing his clients with a result that will have them leaving happy. I have also had my eyebrows done with Claudia and her work is spectacular, as well. I am military and will definitely be passing on Urban Image and Jacob as the "go-to" for people moving to the Schertz area.
