I have dealt with 3 or 4 answering services in my lifetime, and A-1 is one of 3 I was disappointed with. They weren't as bad as the Call Board though. The operators at A-1 were friendly and helpful, but I got really tired of calling in for messages when I had to and getting put on hold for 7 minutes without anyone coming back to me and telling me they haven't forgotten about me. I really didn't appreciate the "hold on we are busy" I was told once by an operator. If you are too busy to handle what I pay you to do, then I'll just find someone else to do it for me. I was 50/50 with A-1, they weren't totally terrible, but when they were they made up for all the good days they had.
