Review content:
Never have I been treated so atrociously by a customer service representative. The woman with the short brown hair and the strident speaking voice was absolutely abominable. I believe she was the manager (name was Kim) because the clueless receptionist kept prodding her for answers to menial questions. If you value being treated like a human being, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. Truly. I've seen dogs receive better customer service than I got at this place.
Pros: None.
Cons: Exceptionally rude customer service representatives.
