FOLKERSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS THE LOWEST RATING SCORE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DUE TO THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES AND OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS PROPERTY OWNERS AND TENANTS. Mr. Folkerson is rude and WILL over charge you for repairs or make up excuses to take a majority of your security deposit.
