I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. After a bad customer service experience at Sandburg Volvo in Lynnwood my husband and I walked out and drove to Barrier in Bellevue to buy it there. It was great experience. They didn't try the gimmicks and the high pressure sales tactics that I hate. They just wanted me to love the car I bought at a deal that we could make. We ended up a few years later upgrading the car for an SUV and had same salesperson and loved the experience again. I also have used the repair center and have had WONDERFUL service there. In fact I went in to get routine work done and was told it didn't need to be done yet!! I drive past a closer Volvo dealership to go to this one for any service work. I also love the free car washes! I just wish that when my husband wanted a brand new Mustang that Barrier auto group sold them. It made me appreciate Barrier so much more!!!
