Some employees are nicer than others, but management is THE WORST. I bought a pair of black pants, had tried them on in the store but didn't notice until I put them on at home to wear them for the first time that there were STAINS AROUND THE CROTCH -- very faint but definitely there. I tried to exchange (not even return, I would've been fine with store credit) the pants, with tags still on and a receipt, and they would not accept them because it had been more than 10 days. I spoke to a manager, politely said I understood their policy was 10 days for returns, but that selling pants with crotch stains was unsanitary and exceptions should be made. She was rude and unapologetic, saying that the fact that the pants were on sale excused the stains, and I should just try to wash them. EW! That's like Victorias Secret re-selling previously worn underwear. So gross. I used to shop at Taroo fairly often but will NOT be going back anymore.
