Planning the wedding reception can be a stressful task especially if you’re still deciding on whether to have it indoors or outdoors, but event planning experts would recommend an indoor party for several reasons. First factor to consider is the weather. A garden wedding reception is romantic but an indoor reception provides you full control of temperature and keeping everyone dry. Second thing to consider are the technical requirements for the event. Banquet halls or reception halls usually have their own set of lighting and sound equipment. Doing a party outdoors could mean renting more equipment separate from the existing banquet facility. This means more money and time wasted.
