I have heard of some people having a bad experience, but you will get that at any community. I am just amazed that so many people have posted as having a bad experience.I have lived in 3 different apartments at Austin Ranch over the past 4 years and I haven't had any problems. The only reason I changed apartments is because I like change in my life. I have lived in a loft apartment across from the leasing office, in a 3 story town home, and now near the main pool. All three have been great locations, and I haven't had any issue with parking or noise. Any maintenance request was answered the same day, or the next if I called it in late at night. The only serious maintenance issue was caused by me on accident, and they had it repaired the next day. The convenience of different pools, gym locations, restaurants, and bars on property have made it an enjoyable experience. I will live here until I either buy a house, move for work, or get married.
