Review content:
Always seems to be some issue with this practitioner. This time, I had my pharmacy fax an Rx refill request on Saturday [they're open on Saturdays]. At the end of the day on Monday, I called my pharmacy about picking up my medicine...they never heard back from him. They called Dr. Cutler's office and were told the request was sitting on his desk, he just didn't get around to approving it...what?? I then called Dr. Cutler's office and was told the same thing..."don't know why he didn't do it...just didn't have time." Nice going, Dr. Cutler...your patients' well-being isn't a priority; maybe you had a tee time to make today? I'm really upset that this "doctor" has such a cavalier attitude regarding his patients' health conditions. I'm firing him and choosing a doctor who can actually render competent healthcare to patients.
