Always seems to be some issue with this practitioner. This time, I had my pharmacy fax an Rx refill request on Saturday [they're open on Saturdays]. At the end of the day on Monday, I called my pharmacy about picking up my medicine...they never heard back from him. They called Dr. Cutler's office and were told the request was sitting on his desk, he just didn't get around to approving it...what?? I then called Dr. Cutler's office and was told the same thing..."don't know why he didn't do it...just didn't have time." Nice going, Dr. Cutler...your patients' well-being isn't a priority; maybe you had a tee time to make today? I'm really upset that this "doctor" has such a cavalier attitude regarding his patients' health conditions. I'm firing him and choosing a doctor who can actually render competent healthcare to patients. more

I am a young guy, and when I went for my annual check up, I was shocked to see no one under the age of Jimmy Carter. The lobby smelled rotten, and there was no place to sit. Did not have a good experience. Saw my doctor and left. more

I visited Dr. David Cutler in this practice, and would give him a solid rating too. But this review will be for the operation in general. I found them by looking through preferred providers in my health insurance plan, so I had no idea of what the office would be like. In general it seemed like an efficient operation and the staff was friendly. Only had to wait about 15 minutes, the doctor got to me in another 15 (and only about 5 minutes after the nurse left). Spent the time with me to understand why I was there and find out more about me. Billing and prescription process was quick too. more
