Greetings Dr. Neshat:
I am not sure if you remember me but I certainly remember you. The collaboration between yourself and Dr. ******* (I was slightly involved) has come to fruition this past week and I wanted to thank you for your part in it because I am very pleased.
I appreciate you and your staff’s professionalism during my visits since I understand I was not a ‘usual case’.
I asked for a specific outcome and you delivered which brings me to another point.
I have always been aware that you were true to your promise but I never got around to expressing my gratitude. I was usually a little ‘keyed up’ before my procedure and when I was walking out after there were a few things I wanted to say but to be honest, “Thank You’ was not one of them.
God forbid I ever have a need of the type of service you provide in the future but if the sitsituation arises I would return to you and your staff.
I will recommend you to anyone whoever asks.
