I went in to have my haircut for my birthday and my stylist BUTCHERED IT! I was so horrified that I cried all the way home. I did call the salon later that day and they agreed to have someone try to fix it. When I arrived at the salon, the person that was “fixing” my hair acted put-out that she had to cut my hair for free. She spent about 5 minutes trimming the ends with a razor and sent me on my way. It was still just as bad as when I left the first time. So, not only did I have to look like a 4 year-old cut my hair on my Birthday, I will now have to wear my hair in a ponytail or under a hat for the next few months until it grows out enough to have another haircut. RADIANCE SALON RUINED MY BIRTHDAY AND MY HAIR! Aaaaaaaaaaaah!
