I have been unable to have my hair done since my husband lost his job. When I found out your salon was giving out complementary haircuts I came in to try your salon out. You made me fell wonderful about my self again. I love the cut and thank you so much for helping me out. I will come back when I get back on my feet. more

Gossip Girls, Shut Up and Cut My Hair 8/4/2010

I cannot stand going to this salon. The stylists don’t talk to you, they chat with each other about trivial, petty nonsense in those annoying high-pitched voices! Part of the fun of going to a salon, is to have someone pamper you for a bit, so you can relax. I was so uptight from all of the teenage drama after my last appointment that I will never go back. more

Hair Tragedy 7/26/2010

I went in to have my haircut for my birthday and my stylist BUTCHERED IT! I was so horrified that I cried all the way home. I did call the salon later that day and they agreed to have someone try to fix it. When I arrived at the salon, the person that was “fixing” my hair acted put-out that she had to cut my hair for free. She spent about 5 minutes trimming the ends with a razor and sent me on my way. It was still just as bad as when I left the first time. So, not only did I have to look like a 4 year-old cut my hair on my Birthday, I will now have to wear my hair in a ponytail or under a hat for the next few months until it grows out enough to have another haircut. RADIANCE SALON RUINED MY BIRTHDAY AND MY HAIR! Aaaaaaaaaaaah! more

Stylists Don’t Show Up For Work 7/11/2010

The last 2 times I had appointments, my stylist didn’t show up for work that day and I had to reschedule and come back another day. I haven’t got that much time to waste. When you have a job and a family, you need to be able to get things done in a timely manner. It is time for me to find a new salon, so if any users can suggest a salon that is more professional, let me know. more

I’m sick of the Hard Sell 7/2/2010

Every single time I go to Radiance, the stylists and the owner are pushing other services, upgrades, and styling products on me. I just want to get my cut and color done. You are already charging way too much for a cut and color, so PLEASE just let me leave without going over $200.00! more

Warning: Random Overcharging 6/30/2010

I had been going to Radiance to have my hair done each week, and each week it was the same price. Then, out of nowhere with no warning, Tammy charged me $40.00 MORE than usual for the same service. There was nothing posted in the salon or on the website about price changes, and Tammy didn’t bother mentioning I would be getting ripped off until she was ringing me up at the counter. Obviously, I will no longer be getting my hair done by scam artists. more

Worst Customer Service EVER! 6/29/2010

If you call Radiance Salon and a guy named Dale answers, hang up and call somewhere else. I can’t tell you how many times he screwed up my appointments. He either double booked me with someone else, booked me with the wrong stylist, or booked me for the wrong day in the computer. There were 2 times that I wanted to get both a haircut and a manicure, and he informed me that there was nobody available to do manicures. But when I showed up for my hair appointment, there were at least 3 people that told me that they could have done my nails and that they had nobody scheduled. I have given this salon too many chances. I am moving on to a more professional salon, and I suggest you do the same. more

I Give Up! 6/28/2010

I have been going to this salon for about 8 months. Every single time I go, my previous hairstylist has quit their job. Tammy the co-owner gives a pretty descent haircut, but she is quitting work soon to have a baby. Obviously there is a very high turnover at this salon. I do not recommend going to this salon, instead go somewhere that the stylists are happy enough at their jobs to stick around. I for one like my stylist to get to know me so that I can get consistent haircuts. more
