Review content:
We used to use EPM years ago so when they called us randomly at our new house we signed up. Boy, have we been disappointed. They must be using water or missing appts that they said they did because our lawn looks horrible, full of weeds..worse than when we initiated treatments...we kept giving it time thinking perhaps with the next treatment, well alas, nothing has changed in over a year and a half. We called and they said they would have someone call us about it, but no call, and no visit to deal with it. Last fall we had the yard aerated and seeded and that was also worthless, our lawn looks sparser than ever...and it was watered as recommended. We have canceled their service and are working on getting some $$$ refunded, this is ridiculous. Stay away...they are no longer reputable.
