Good: The sub contractor was fine.. Bad: The salesman's attitude (Patrick) was awefull. I feel betrayed. We actually worked with a super nice person who unfortunately went a vacation when we decided to do the work. The store owner had us work with this person who lack the qualities of the salesperson. Good Luck to the Riemer.
Promised the work to be done in two days but took 7.5 days. Minimum 25 to 30 % hidden cost if you are replacing an existing floor - They call it "level the floor"!
Careful when signing the contract. No protection for you.. Improvements: It is their problem. We do NOT intend to go back there or refer anyone..
