Great Job Riemer Floors!! 12/7/2013

I had a wonderful experience with Riemer Floors. They worked with me over multiple visits to the store and helped my wife and I pick out the perfect carpet for a Family Room, Master Bedroom, and our upstairs hallway and stair cases. The sales staff was very friendly and very helpful. They even helped us figure out what hardwood flooring the house was built with and they were able to match it perfectly allowing us to create a wood hallway from the kitchen to the foyer. Living on past reputation 10/2/2012

Material good quality, salesman limited knowledge tried to sell me more than I needed( special order so no refunds) Glue used by another contractor and returned, resold to me. Customer service was not willing to even discuss the problem, just went on about her fifty years experience. Interesting experience, would not recommend them to anyone who did not have a background in remodeling. Give your money to knowledgeable professionals who aren't relying on a name and inexperience. more

Kitchen Counter quote 4/3/2012

We got three quotes using all the same specs. Two quotes were priced within $10.00. When I finally got the call from Riemer Floors it was $2,400 more than the other two. more

saved time and money 10/10/2011

We shopped the box store and were not happy with the service or selection. We visited Riemer and were very impressed with the selection and the professionalism of the sales associate, They asked a few questions and found a number of products to meet our needs and budget. The measure and installation was done on an appointment basis, no waiting around, saving time and money. Installers were very good and treated our home like their own. all in all a very good experience and a good value more

Flooring - Hardwood and Carpet 7/10/2010

Good: The sub contractor was fine.. Bad: The salesman's attitude (Patrick) was awefull. I feel betrayed. We actually worked with a super nice person who unfortunately went a vacation when we decided to do the work. The store owner had us work with this person who lack the qualities of the salesperson. Good Luck to the Riemer. Promised the work to be done in two days but took 7.5 days. Minimum 25 to 30 % hidden cost if you are replacing an existing floor - They call it "level the floor"! Careful when signing the contract. No protection for you.. Improvements: It is their problem. We do NOT intend to go back there or refer anyone.. more
