Review content:
I sent them a letter to cancel my shipment of vitamins back in 2008. I had called to cancel but I was told I had to send them a letter to do this. Well yesterday I received a letter from them saying they were going to send me to collection for $30.90. I was receiving the vitamins that were charged to my credit card at the time I cancelled. I do not owe them one dime and they are trying to threaten me with collection. I reported them to the Ohio Attorney General. My complaint was taken over the phone at 1-800-282-0515. I was told they have nine other complaints regarding this subject with this company. If this company is doing this to you, please contact the Ohio Attorney General and file a complaint.
