Good: The wait was short. Down to business. The annual check-up was professional.. Bad: She treated me as though I was stupid. Excuse me, but I have questions as a patient. It was rude of her to treat me like an idiot after being vulnerable as a naked patient. This was my first time to the gyno and I've been scared to go back ever since.. Improvements: How about treating me humanly? Treating patients humanly? I shower daily and people don't flinch when they look at me so the horrible treatment couldn't be because I smelled or was ugly.. Other: I read a comment saying that she might treat Asian-Americans better, but I'm an Asian-American who has been treated horribly by Iwata. I'm switching to Hartford who has a much kinder disposition..
