This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I wanted to try this location because it is close to my work. It took almost 2 hours to do a set of regular acrylic nails with polish (not pink and white). My polish is uneven, my nails are rough, and after explaining multiple times the shape I preferred on my nails (pointed) I had to show the tech a picture and then file a nail myself as an example. One of my nails is very crooked and when I pointed this out I was told it was not crooked by the tech and the owner. The tech proceeded to "fix it" leaving it worse than it originally was. I may have to have it removed completely and redone elsewhere. Most of my nails are different lengths, I was also told they were not when I pointed this out. I am going to have to refile and polish my nails at home or pay to have them fixed elsewhere. I will not be returning to this salon despite it's convenient location or 20-30% off I receive on their services from my work. I am required to give a star rating, hence the one star, but honestly I would not give it any. Please do not waste your time or money here on substandard quality and customer service.
