Review content:
My pets have been patients of Quad City Animal Clinic for the past 6 years (since I moved to Florida). They have been responsive to my needs, as well as those of my pets. If I have any concerns about my pets (such as irritable bowels, etc.), they are willing to try to assist me first over the phone, rather than insisting that I bring them in right away. I appreciate this because some issues do not require an office visit, and allow me to save money so that when they do have to see the vet, I have the money to pay for them to receive the care they require. I recently had to have my 17 year old cat euthanized, and despite his advanced age, I received options concerning his care from Dr. Mindlin. After making my decision, I received comfort, reassurance and compassion from the staff. Several days later, I received a sympathy card from their office. It is nice to know that I have found a vet who cares not only about his patients during their lifetime, but also cares about the patient's caretakers too!
