Caring Staff 5/16/2010

My pets have been patients of Quad City Animal Clinic for the past 6 years (since I moved to Florida). They have been responsive to my needs, as well as those of my pets. If I have any concerns about my pets (such as irritable bowels, etc.), they are willing to try to assist me first over the phone, rather than insisting that I bring them in right away. I appreciate this because some issues do not require an office visit, and allow me to save money so that when they do have to see the vet, I have the money to pay for them to receive the care they require. I recently had to have my 17 year old cat euthanized, and despite his advanced age, I received options concerning his care from Dr. Mindlin. After making my decision, I received comfort, reassurance and compassion from the staff. Several days later, I received a sympathy card from their office. It is nice to know that I have found a vet who cares not only about his patients during their lifetime, but also cares about the patient's caretakers too! more

Quad City Animal Clinic is THE BEST! 3/19/2006

When we first moved here, my dog had an allergic reaction. I was home alone with my kids and without a car to get to the vets. I called several vets asking for advice. They all told me that they could not help me. I called Quad City Animal Clinic and was given some helpful information. I was able to take care of the reaction at home. Quad City Animal Clinic became my vet from that moment on. The vet is a warm and friendly guy. He goes out of his way to explain procedures and expenses prior to actually doing them. You will not be surprised with any bills here. They are upfront about everything. We have taken several pets to Quad City animal clinic over the years. They all have received excellent care at a reasonable cost. They have an on site kennel and that is also reasonable. I highly recommend this vet. more
