Good: The used car staff and manager were extremely friendly to my sister and myself during the purchase. No pushiness or hard-sale tactics and Dana, our salesperson, was a true gem.. Other: As an added bonus, during our wait for the Credit union to respond back regarding financing, one of their service staff helped me for free regarding a door key issue I had on my own vehicle.
Those extra things matter to me. And so I am taking the time to post my thoughts in as many places as possible to earnestly thank Dana and the service person at Benson Honda for an experience above and beyond what we were expecting..
