I will never park at Extra Car again. I only wish I had read these other reviews before I parked there. I made the mistake of parking my almost pristine car there, and when I came back, I found that my car had scratches across the back of the trunk, on the doors, and the paint on the outside of the mirrors has been scratched on one side, and almost completely scraped off on the other (driver's) side. The worst thing is we got back when it was almost dark, so I didn't see the damage until I got into the car the next day. The scratches on the driver's side mirror actually look as if someone tried to cover them up with some sort of cheap paint. I'm not sure I'm even going to bother calling them, because it sounds (from the other reviews) as if they just blow you off anyway. I really don't need to have insult added to injury.
