BEWARE! Ivy international has been reported for the principal and other teachers abusing children 2x in the last year. They force teachers to have more than the state allowed ratio of adult to child supervision. If a child is sick with 105 fever, they will not call the parents if they are "too busy". If a child has a contageous disease, they will still allow them to congregate with the other children, even if they are too sick to be in school by state and public school regulations! They have a "No talk" policy, so the Chinese teachers will stick to "I see nothing." So the state can't do anything. And the abuse continues! They smack babies hands, they drag kids down the hall by their arms and or legs. They pick babies up and slam them down onto seats to make them stay. They will shake older children with "shaken baby syndrome", scream at the top of their lungs, and yank on their arms. The principals scream at any child at the drop of a hat! Especially for minor infractions like talking in line. They will scream and yell and belittle your child if they have an "accident" in their pants. This seems to be the "Chinese way" at Ivy. They will also scream and yell at their staff infront of the children. The Principals will scream and fight with eachother in front of the children also. When the babies nap, they sit on them to get them to lay still while they tend to the babie next to them, they force children not to move at nap time for 2 hours. They bind their hands so they don't play. They force kids to stay in the corner or face against the wall as punishment, they will make kids wave their arms up and down for 20 mins if they hit another child, or they will just smack their hands very hard.
