Review content:
I have used this store 3 times. The first time I was helped by an elderly gentleman, who, although he was very nice, seems to suffer from some sort of medical condition. I'm all for people with disabilities having equal opportunity, but it took this poor man 10 minutes per person (I'm not exaggerating). Still, I wasn't in a particular hurry, so I just knew not to use the store when I was. The second time I needed to get my passport photos done. The same man started to help me, but it took forever and then he couldn't hold the camera steady. So the woman who everyone has complained about came to take it. She was perfectly friendly, but she charged me almost $12 for the photo. I didn't ask up front because I never imagined it would be that much, so I paid it and left. When I got home I realized that there was a reflection from my glasses obscuring my eyes. These places are certified to take these photos (I think), so I figured she should have caught it. I had to drop off a package anyway, so I went back. She said she'd have to charge me again for the photos, so I told her that I'd get them done elsewhere. She then told me about $1 taping fee. Then, when she saw that my label had codes for both UPS and USPS, she told me I would have to cut one of them off and handed ME the scissors to do it. Then she ripped my label. I was so mad I could have punched someone. Plus, the place is a total mess.
