My cats went in today for a dental cleaning recommended at their visit last week when we had their year exam and vaccinations. In addition to the dental cleanings which cost over $200 per cat (watch out for hidden fees like anesthesia and "recovery"), they decided to do bloodwork at $175 per cat.
Since they decided one cat was in the early stages of kidney failure we apparently need to go back next month for the same tests.
Anyone know an honest vet in Des Moines?
