Finding good BBQ is difficult at best in York, but Memphis Blues has made it just a bit easier! Their St. Louis style BBQ is the best I've had in York so far. I'm from the south, so I know my BBQ! The smoked brisket is their best offering - try the sandwich platter! The atmosphere is smoky blues, and this is defined by the music played - from BB King to Elvis, and the decor - posters and albums of blues greats! The only drawback are the offerings of side dishes - many times I've gone only to find they're out of potato salad! They also need to offer baked potatoes, and perhaps increase the quantity of the side dishes served with the BBQ.
