Does this company receive federal funding, or does any of their associated companies: LiveBridge, CyberRep, Telemark? The job posting is really a method to collect information about your previous employers for telemarketing purposes. That is why applicants are turned away that are not presently employed or don't list good marketing references as previous employers. It didn't make sense that they wanted to keep my "pre-screen questionnaire" when they didn't hire people with a criminal charges. And why they demand that you be available at anytime, for any schedule, at any location so they have a reason to not hire you when you can't, but only after you have provided them valuable marketing informaiton. Upon further investigation and sorting through the lies about them reporting my information to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commision, I learned that they report the questionnaire to Recruiting Metrics. They essentially are using unemployed people (who can't afford to waste time on decietful job fairs, applicaitons, and interviews) to provide them with names, numbers, and more information about previous employers to be to be used for telemarketing. The quiestionnaire does not ask about race, color, creed, sex, etc. It is a scam, and I will be following up via the proper legal channels, and hopefully help other people from wasting their time and being decieved into giving ACS marketing leads. I feel sorry for the few people that do get employed with them, who then have to conduct such immoral practices to get a paycheck.
