When I moved to Austin I was a little nervous about trying to find a stylist as good as the one I left behind in Maryland. I finally found Urban Betty salon and booked an appointment with Melanie at random but I am so glad I did!! I have been to see her a few times for some color therapy and have loved the result EVERY time!! Not only is the color amazing, but her cuts are great too!! I recently got pregnant and have been unable to color my hair but thats no problem, Melanie gives awesome cuts and her prices are so reasonable!!
She not only does an amazing job as a stylist but she is also really friendly. I don't know about you but I hate going to salons and having someone do your hair and not speak to you the whole time. That is totally not her style, She is personable and knowledgeable, really what more can you ask for? So if you are new to the area or not and looking for a great stylist, go to Urban Betty and ask for Melanie, you will not regret it!!
