Review content:
I have to say the Pediatric Associates of Lubbock is one of the best pediatric offices I have ever used.
They have several doctors so you always have one available. They have a huge waiting area and downstairs below the pediatric group is an Urgent Care Clinic with extended weekday and weekend hours. If you need to see a doctor after the office hours you can go to the Urgent Care Clinic and it will be billed just like an office visit. The next morning the Pediatrician will get a report from the Urgent Care for your child's files.
Each doctor has her own nurse. The nurse has set times to answer her voice mail messages and she also has an email address. I found email to be a very convenient way to communicate with the nurse about non-emergency stuff.
This office definitely has some perks not found in other offices.
