“Our house is a high quality home with exceptional finishes. We love the design and layout; the kitchen has many good features to make it very usable and functional. I am especially thrilled with the rollout spice rack and trashcan holders along with the cabinets with built-in tray and pan holders. The wine closet and butler’s pantry are fabulous! Finally, the master closets in their new Bellaire homes are to die for and come equipped with all of the accessories and finishes you would find in a River Oaks Estate Home. We very much appreciate and recommend ZK Homes as one of the best new luxury home builder in Houston.”
