We went here a couple months back. I have had mixed feelings prior but decided I would try it again. I ordered a chicken wrap with no lettuce and a side salad instead of fries. Not too difficult, right?? Right after placing the order the chef (I guess that is what he is) comes out of the kitchen obviously very upset. He starts yelling at the waitress (who happens to be standing right next to me). He could not for the life of him understand what type of person would order a sandwich without lettuce AND a salad instead of fries. She replied that was just what I had asked for and that she didn't see the problem. He continued for several minutes ranting about how ridiculous that was. Finally, after hearing the whole conversation I said, "hey, I am right here." He then retreated to the kitchen and made my oh so difficult order. To top it off they were out of most every type of alcohol, including the "Drink Special" of the day. I think the place has a lot of things going for it but I hope they get there act together and the "chef" learns a little about customer service. Pros: Environment Cons: Rude chef, running out of food/alcohol
