I lost my dog the day an emergency brought us to BAVS. So you know they were exceptional and incredibly professional and kind for my excellent rating of them. They earned it though. They were honest and upfront at every turn. They were gentle with my terrified little dog. They were real and there for myself and my partner.
They didn't make the worst day of my life any worse than it had to be. And even though they couldn't save her, they let me know they were as disappointed about that as I was. I'd return there in a heartbeat 'though I hope I never need to.
