Good: I cannot say enough good things about Sutter Home & Hearth's service. We purchased a gas insert from their Woodinville location, and from purchase, to installation, to maintenance, their service has been exceptional. Their employees are courteous, helpful, and very responsive. Their product selection is also the best in the region. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for future gas insert purchases.. Bad: I like everything.. Improvements: I cannot recommend any improvements.. Other: For those in the market for fireplaces, barbecues, and related accessories, I highly recommend that you visit Sutter Home & Hearth..
