Cheap And Good Quality Fencing Work Contractor 1/21/2013

I had been looking for a fencing contractor for our home and because of my financial constraints I had not been able to fix a contractor nor get the work done since last two years. It was really bad to look at the unfenced boundaries of our house and had been facing a set of problems on account of that. I had many times called and discussed with fencing agents available around but always the figures they quoted were beyond my budget. I came to know about Clotures Frontenac INC. from one of my friend who had heard about them from his relative who had got his fencing done through them. I was given the details of their website and when visited their website I doubted whether they will give me a quote which will be within my budget. After getting an assurance from my friend to just try them out I called them and showed them my requirements of fencing. Surprisingly, after reviewing the work they give me a quote just within my budget and I got the work done through them. I think I could get a reasonable quote these people are efficient and have a variety of fencing materials with a range of pricing. I am happy that I gave the contract to Clotures Frontenac INC. and all my problems have been solved in one shot. more

It is not the policy of Sutter Home & Hearth to turn customers away that have problems or returns. Instead, we strive to make a customer’s experience as painless as possible through a challenging time with damaged product. Sutter Home & Hearth understands how frustrating a time constraint can be when the new appliance is defective right out of the box. In the case below, it is the policy of Weber-Stephen that all returns are to be handled through Weber Customer Service and this information is printed clearly on the front and back of the Owners Kit found in every Weber BBQ. Special instructions for contacting Weber-Stephen in the event of a defective new product are printed on the back of the Owners Kit with the phone number of Weber Customer Service 1-(800)-446-1071. As this reviewer said below Sutter Home & Hearth was unable to take the return of the Weber BBQ because the BBQ was not in the original packaging. Not Recommended 6/19/2011

I purchased a Weber gas grill at Sutter Home & Hearth in Woodinville. The customer service within the store was excellent. When I got home and began assembling the grill, I found that one of the frame pieces was missing one of the welded tabs that is required to put the frame together. I called Sutter Home and Hearth and was told that I needed to call Weber and that they would help me. Weber asked me to take a picture of the defective parts, email them, and that they would mail out new parts and it would take 10-14 business days to arrive. I then called Sutter Home and Hearth and inquired if I could return the grill as I was planning to have a party and prefered not to wait to receive the parts from Weber. I was told by Cory that it was the store policy not accept defective returns, that I would have to deal directly with Weber. I told him that I needed to have a grill prior to 14 days, and asked if they could swap out the grill for another grill, He said that they would not accept the grill unless I could return the grill in the box exactly as I had recieved it. I told him that this was impossible, as we had removed all the parts, cardboard and plastic prior to assembly, He told me that I needed to come into the store and speak with the manager and the manager would determine if they could do anything to help me. I asked to speak to the manager on the phone and he told me to come in. We decided that we did not wish to have any continued contact with a store who will not stand behind the products that they sell and that we would deal with Weber directly. I would not recommend this company to anyone as this is very poor customer service. more

Exceptional 3/16/2010

Good: I cannot say enough good things about Sutter Home & Hearth's service. We purchased a gas insert from their Woodinville location, and from purchase, to installation, to maintenance, their service has been exceptional. Their employees are courteous, helpful, and very responsive. Their product selection is also the best in the region. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for future gas insert purchases.. Bad: I like everything.. Improvements: I cannot recommend any improvements.. Other: For those in the market for fireplaces, barbecues, and related accessories, I highly recommend that you visit Sutter Home & Hearth.. more

This is a great fireplace and woodstove store in Ballard. They've been around forever and are super-helpful (in my experience). I'm betting they have a great list of proven installers they work with and would be happy to recommend. more

If you cover the grill... 1/27/2006

They stock lots of different things, but if you want to move beyond the basic Weber (that's a great grill by the way in both its charcoal and gas configurations) and you don't see it at Costco, then the place to go is Sutter Home and Hearth. They have literally everything from the $10,000 monster to the more reasonable Weber. From our Point of view though, they do service and installs. I personally did not want to muck around with something that explodes (a gas grill). Computers are OK, but not something that can blow up the neighborhood. Good service and reliable. Not super expensive if you hit them at clearance time in August for grills or in the end of winter for fireplaces. more

Top Quality Fireplace Components 8/20/2005

Sutter Home and Hearth sells fireplace inserts, gas logs, fireplace doors, tools and anything else related to fireplaces. The items they carry are good quality and the sales staff is very helpful in describing the various options, although they can be just a tiny bit pushy at times. The store even has a computer photo gallery of various fireplace projects they've completed to help buyers get a sense of what combinations might look good in their own homes. more
