I would not recommend this company if you are serious about getting pests out of your house. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. It took them 3 days to actually come out to my apartment. They no-showed on 3 different occassions in a course of 3 days. Twice in one day! When they finally showed up they put snap traps down for the mice in my living room and dining room AFTER they had been infomed that we had an 18 month old toddler running around. When I called the manager to complain he was not only rude, but accused me of lying. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy! I've also contacted BBB because I am so disgusted with this company.
