In May I ordered the stress program and received the vitamins, which at the time seemed like a good idea. Then in June we moved and had our mail and packages forwarded. I was then charged in June and in July for the vitamins and did not receive them. I called today and after being on hold for a really long time, talked to some "customer service" woman who couldn't have been more rude. She actually told me that the vitamins are never returned to them, but that the Post Office will destroy the vitamins because they are not returnable! Destroy them? Does that make any sense??? So after cancelling the vitamins (they are sending me the 2 boxes I paid for) I called the Post Office and they said that they do NOT destroy vitamins, only food. This company is a scam. Do not be fooled. You can buy vitamins from a reputable source for less and don't have to deal with lies and the runaround. It's really too bad. I might have given them a chance.
