Review content:
Other reviewers are saying they went in for a 10 minute eye check up, which is the most unrealistic expectation I've heard in a while. Granted the experience was lengthy for me (probably about an hour and a hslf), the two "young and inexperienced" girls who helped me were very friendly and professional (I'm also a 21 year old guy with no age stereotyping such as the person in the other review). My eye doctor was friendly and quick and to the point in the exam as well. All in all, they do provided quality service but at a very slow rate. I think they have just spread themselves a little thin by scheduling too many appointments at once. I do agree with the commission style eyeglass frame selling though. The man who helped me was very friendly, but since I've worked in sales, I got the strong feeling that the second I started looking at inexpensive frames I'd get a nagging sensation from him to upgrade. But seriously, a 1 star review? That's just ridiculous. Maybe if they poked you in the eye or something, but if they did their job, even slowly, they deserve at least a 3.
